mistakes are feedback on how wer are doing.  winners make far more mistakes than losers.  achievers make lots of failures that those quitters.  that’s why they are winners and achievers.  they are getting more feedback as they continue to ru more possibilities.  the only trouble with losers and quitters is that they regard a mistake as such a big event while failing to recognise the positive side to making mistakes.

we learn far more from our losses thatn we do from our victories.  when we lose, we contemplate, we analyse, we regroup, we make our lessons learned, we make action plans, and we plan new strategies.  when we win, we simply celebrate, and learn very little. another reason to welcome our errors.

as Thomas Edison said, though he had failed so many times in his efforts to produce an electric light bulb, "I had not failed at all, but rather I had successfully found thousands of ways how NOT to make a light bulb.".   the man who founded IBM, Thomas Watson, said "The way to succeed is to double your failure rate."

I’VE NEVER MADE ONE MISTAKE.  BUT I’VE NEVER DONE ANYTHING EITHER."

mistakes are not really mistakes.  they are part of the learning process.  the shame is never in having failed, but the shame is only in not having tried.

 be happy!

i’ve taken this picture after a heavy downpour at around 7 PM. i am still in the office and killing some time… and i remember Jeff saying that it is good to get a picture of Ayala street at night after a rain because by that time all smog will be gone… and so i got out of our office and to our balcony…(the smoking area) and what appear before me was a very beautiful Ayala Avenue with lots of sparkling lights, so i began clicking my digital camera hoping to get a very good shot….

excellence is founded upon a person’s quality of motivation at work.  there are two types of work motivation.  the first thing is working for self.  primarily, this is concerned with ‘what will i get out of this?’  usually, the dominant objective is to earn money.  this motive is quite a mover.  a person can go to great lenghts to get a job done, if doing so will redound to his own personal gain.  it may not be the best kind of motivation because when done to an extreme, the motive may lead to unethical practices and a crab mentality.  the second is working for others.  this person is people-pleaser.  he likes to look impressive, become popular, and make others happy.  this is not exactly a bad motive.  someone with this kind of motive may also go to great lengths to please his boss.  the problem here is that because the person is working only to please people, his services are rather unpredictable.  sometimes or most of the time he is labeled as bootlicker(sipsip).  so which one of the two motivates you to work?

i considered it as one of the extreme sports man had ever invented.  clinging on those small and big fake rocks on the walls as you try to lift yourself while you climb towards the top… we were 9, 2 ladies and 7 hunks(that includes me. ehehhee) i climbed the easiest wall(they say) twice… i need to climb it the second time around coz they forgot to get a picture of me while climbing…. it was indeed an easy wall for us… though i’m a bit soaked now with sweat… :) then we move to the average wall… i tried to climb it but i failed to reach the top of it… am only halfway of the wall when my arms got stiff and it can’t carry me anymore… here are some pix for you…

hahahaha.. guess what i did today?  i just played Warcraft DotA the whole day… i woke up at 8 o’clock and turn on my laptop and started playing a couple of games… then my housemate woke up too by 9 o’clock and check if there was an internet.  but to his dismay… the f****** smart bro had this choppy connection and it was very slow.. so he decide to join me and we had a 2 on 3 game versus the dumb computer… and suddenly his mouse broke in the middle of our exciting game.. he was on this killer instinct mode..( he had a lot of kills though) when he was suprisingly killed by a puny computer player…becuse i don’t want to cut his interest on playing and loose those killer instincts.. i texted one of our friend to come to our house and bring an extra mouse… i told him it was an emergency.. so he hurriedly came to our house bringing with him our saviour.. a mouse… and so we also invited him to join us… and he came back after 10 minutes and configure our connection again and we started rocking… killing our opponents easily and registering an average of 20 kills…. wow.. well i guess it’s just a little quantity.. but anyway we had fun and i had fun.. though we haven’t done anything for the day.. at least we had entertained ourselves and save our boring life… ehehehehhe

why can’t our neighbor cannot talk to each other without yelling and raising their voices… it seems that they live in the outskirs that nobody would even bother them…. but WTF.. they do it everyday.. they had even became my alarm clock every morning…hahahaha… what’s worst was that they even mock each other… the husband would always have this P***** I** in every statement he says… the wife would then return the favor… what about the sons?? well even worst, it seems they don’t rerspect their mother and father when talking to them… like father like son??, I guess it’s true… well they were just a bunch of an ill mannered family… they don’t even think that they had neighbors around them.. that they were not the ones living their lives in this F****** world… guess i had to accept that there are some people who S**** like them…
