today at 1:15 AM was the saddest and painful feelings i had…. i just came from a dinner and long talk with my friends at 1 AM… i had an enjoyable time with them… lots of catching ups and laughing… then when i plug her in and push that button…. it cannot return that bright smile at me… there was a flash of light and darkness afterward… i was scared…and was panicking.. thinking what should i do.. i turn her off and turn her on again… and the same thing happens…. "S***" i uttered… and had done something different on her.. but still i was unsuccessful… i was a failure… finally she had given up on me… i told her to hang on until i can copy her…guess she can’t wait for that…. waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa D*** i am totally messed up today… all my works are with her… i guess it’s time for me to replace her…. why would i insist on having her? the she herself does not want to be with me and to have me…indeed life is cruel… life is unpredictable….

i let the grief come. i let it run through my veins. it was not grief for her, but for the absence of her forever, the absence of that intimacy, the anbsence of that one beating heart that could have been so very close.i let myself know it in the absence, and then i kissed her with all my heart, and i let this go.
today is friday… and its a gimmick day… but instead of going out to bars and clubs… the group of 5 just ate some heavy dinner at a Japanese restaurant at the Little Tokyo… the resto was called Yamazaki! well it’s my favourite Japanese restaurant here in Makati and so was J(female)… actually the plan was a dinner of 3, that’s me, K(male) and J(female)… and since K was keep on extending because of some deadlines… B(male) and A(male) decided to join us… and so our journey starts at 6:30… J was so hungry that she keeps on murmuring why we have to walk… and we just let her be and continue with our journey… it was a 15 minutes walk actually… just near and we actually walk fast.. but she kept on insisting that she’s hungry and tired… but in the end she walked with us.. eheheheh and so ended up following the wrong street because we were so bz talking.. and they blame me for what had happened.. ow well… and finally we arrived at our destination… the place to be at the Yamazaki… so quickly we order some food… four of us got a set meal while K had his favourite curry rice… and i think it was around 15 minutes and J had eaten all her food… yeah.. she was really hungry… ehehehehe and while were chatting and eating… a familiar guy came in with a lady with him… and we knew who he was and so we just greet him quickly and did not bother him/them afterwards… because i think he was on a date.. eheheheh i think he didn’t know we were there eating… and since they were already there eating, he has no choice but to sit to the next free table… ehehehe but really we did not disturb his quality time with her girl.. eheheh (peace R)… and so we finished all our food and leave the place and went to the coffee shop for some coffee ofcourse and to continue the stories that we started to talk about…each one of us both a coffee, i got a hot white mocha while the rest of them got a frappucino… and the conversation conitnues… it was actually fun… we were arguing, explaining some concepts and laughing…it was really a good time for me.. and i hope they enjoy it too… and at around 10:30… the group of 5 is now the group of four.. A left us to catch a bus for his province… and so he bid goodbye to us.. and we just sit there for the rest of the wee hours until 12 when we decided to end the conversation.. and each of us headed their own way home… it was a good talk and i enjoy it the most…

i was supposed to wake up at 5 AM and prepare my bag for my regular work-out at 6 AM…. but unfortunately i woke up an hour later…
i was waiting for my phone’s alar
m to shout it’s heart out and bring me back into reality from a deep sleep… but sad to say… i forgot to set its ALARM!… WTF… eheheh so i guess i had to reschedule my work-out tomorrow… so what i did was to txt my trainer to apologize for not going to the gym… (by the way.. i got an 8 AM work so it’s impossible for me to have a work out at 6:30 or 7:00) and it was ok.. but now he said that i have to be there at 5:30… waaaaaaaaaaaaaaa it is soooooooooooo earlyyyyyyyyyyyy…. hehehehe

as if we needed any more reason to avoide trans fats in our diets, reseachers have determined that the more trans fat you eat, the higher risk of developing gallstones… the higher your consumption of trans fats, the higher your risk… trans fats alter the body’s cholesterol balance(good and bad), which changes the composition of bile produced by the gall bladder… this leads to the formation of stones… if you don’t already, start reading nutrition labels on packaged foods before you buy and keep your ingestion of trans fats to a minimum… better yet, avoid them entirely…
