1th and 6th seem bad but the rest is probably true. I drink diet master from healthking tea and it works for me. The tea is not like other diet tea that makes you go toilette a lot. it actually takes what you eat, condense to fat blob and pass it to your waste. It also smells good. I actually drink a bag after eating a large carbo meal such as pasta or rice noodles or even rice.
