as if we needed any more reason to avoide trans fats in our diets, reseachers have determined that the more trans fat you eat, the higher risk of developing gallstones… the higher your consumption of trans fats, the higher your risk… trans fats alter the body’s cholesterol balance(good and bad), which changes the composition of bile produced by the gall bladder… this leads to the formation of stones… if you don’t already, start reading nutrition labels on packaged foods before you buy and keep your ingestion of trans fats to a minimum… better yet, avoid them entirely…

—–

Pare, isa kang totoong tao at walang halong kasinungalingan.
In English, FACT you, pare.  Totoo ka. In English, FACT you!

Boy: Let’s play Wagwag.
Girl : What’s that?
Boy:You’ll take your clothes off and I’ll lie on top of you… and then you’ll say. "Wag! Wag!"

I can’t help the way I feel, everyday it gets so harder to deal. The one I love so much don’t feel the same about me, I gotta let it be.

Stainless steel or corrosion resistant steel is an iron-carbon alloy that does not stain, corrode or rust as easily as ordinary steel (it "stains less"), but it is not stain-proof. Stainless steel’s resistance to corrosion and staining, low maintenance, relative inexpense, and familiar luster make it an ideal base material for a host of commercial applications.

The alloy is milled into sheets, plates, bars, wire, and tubing to be used in cookware, cutlery such as the blomus stainless steel teaset , hardware, surgical instruments, major appliances, industrial equipment, a structural alloy in automotive and aerospace assembly and building material in skyscrapers and other large buildings.

One website I found was offering all sort of stainless stell products.  The have a lot of choices of stainless steel products for the outdoor and indoor usage. One of which was their blomus stainless steel fireplace set and blomus stainless steel firepit in which you will amazed of its cool design.  There were also available products for your bedrooms and toilets such as blomus stainless steel porcelain soap dish and stainless steel toilet paper holder.  It was simply cool and amazing.

finally Krispy Kreme opened it’s sixth branch along Ayala Avenue, Makati City.  at last they had finally listened to the longings of the Makati people… i’m very glad that it is just a block away from my office…  a 3 to 5 minutes walk is worth for a delicious donut…  when it opened last March 28, as early as 6 AM you can see a long line of people eager and waiting for Krispy Kreme to open.  You know why? the first customer will get a 1 year supply of donuts, the next group of customers will get 6 months supply of donuts, and the 3rd group i think until the 300th person will get a 1 month supply of tasty and delicious donuts. ehehehehe now i don’t have any reason not to bring with me Krispy Kreme donuts whenever i went home to Davao.emoticon

I love to eat.  And I love cream and mushroom soup, fetucci and pasta, and ramen with gyoza.  The problem is I haven’t been to any chef school , thus I don’t know how to make them at all.  Following a cookbook would be nice but it would not be that helpful.  I guess I had to enroll in a culinary school to really learn how to cook.  I guess I don’t have to worry on finding one because there were a lot of culinary schools offering culinary training. Hmmm I’m just wondering how much would it cost me then.

Most of us probably have lots of credit cards in our possessions.  We love credits that’s why we collect them, like a souvenir or memorabilla. Credit cards are the best for shopping, big purchases, expensive dinners and groceries.  Aside from credit cards, we also love loans, such as auto loans, home loans and personal loans.  Now , the question would be, with all these loans are you capable enough to pay them?  A few maybe, but most of those who grab such opportunities are those with no paying capability at all, thus they found themselves having trouble with lots of bad credit loans.  And most of the time it is hard to fix them.  Looking for a financial consultant or agent is another expense on your side and would be troublesome. I suggest you visit BadCreditOffers.Com.  Simply it is an online guide for those who had bad credits and loans.  If you had some problem with your bad credits, they might be able to help you with it.  What they do, was to give you a second chance to get your feet back on the right track and fix your bad credit performance.  They got a  list of  “bad credit” offers that are available to help an individual fix his/her loan problem.  This is mainly because of their financial experts that constantly monitors offers available for credit cards, home loans, auto loans and personal loans.  So if you still want your dream house and car, try BadCreditOffers, im sure it will work for you.

i love philosophy… though i am not really good at it… recently i had received a text message from a friend about a story on philosophy… it was quite philosophical and i like to share it with you…

"a philosophy professor gave only 1 question for his final exam…the class was seated then, when the professor touched his chair and asked the students: Using everything we have learned this semester, prove that this chair does NOT EXIST.

the whole class answered for an hour, but the laziest student finished the test in less than a minute… One week later, the grades were posted in the classroom… and to their surprised, the laziest student got the highest score…

his answer consist of only two words..  What Chair?…"

moral of the lesson is?

When the internet was born, business and shopping had a sudden shift in its strategy.  Businesses found new innovative ways of reaching and expanding their customers worldwide.  They made shopping fast and easy right inside your rooms.  And this was made possible because of the technology called ecommerce software. With this technology, merchants had found a very good venue to offer and sell their products worldwide.  So how does it work?  They use Shopping cart software.  It is an application for the web that assists customers making their purchases.  It allows customers shopping online to place the items they bought in the cart.  During checkout, the software calculates the total of the order including shipping and other charges.  In simple terms, all you have to do is to select from products an ecommerce website had offered and put it in you shopping cart.  Just like what you were doing when shopping in a grocery store by putting all items you bought in your basket.  Quite simple right? eheheh And ever you had plans of creating your own online shop, no need to worry about the technicalities.  There are companies that offer hosting for shopping cart software, thus set-up and operations were already taken cared of.  They even give a complete solution package to merchants who want to put their business online. Aside from reaching a bigger and wider market,  opening your store 24 hours 7 days a week would mean big income for you.  What you need now is a totally amazing products to sell.  Because whether your business is small or big compared to well established companies, the fact is both of you have the same market to sell.
